Alignment meeting with the key contact person(s) to discuss:

  • Purpose of the workshop, training or event where I will be speaking
  • Background of the people who will be attending
  • Expected outcomes of the workshop, training or speech
  • Details about dates and times, location, equipment, handouts, evaluation, etc.

Workshop, training or speech created and conducted. Formal or informal evaluation depending on the needs of the organization.
